On July 19th, we held the 2022 mid-year work seminar.

At the meeting, the operating performance of each business segment in the first half of 2022 was analyzed.
In order to ensure the completion of the annual business objectives, specific requirements are put forward for various business indicators, efforts and key tasks in the second half of the year.

Our chairman, Jianfei Gong fully affirmed the effectiveness of the reform after listening to the reports and discussions of the heads of various business segments.
Especially in the first half of this year, under the superposition of unfavorable factors such as the sharp decline in the real estate market, the closure of the city due to the new crown epidemic, and poor logistics, all employees worked hard to make up for shortcomings, strengths and weaknesses, and try their best to recover the losses caused by the epidemic.
“Strengthening confidence, having the courage to develop, taking the initiative, reducing costs and increasing efficiency” has become the consensus of all business sectors, and the company’s fundamentals have undergone fundamental changes.

He pointed out that it is necessary to further strengthen the consensus on the development strategy of the company through this seminar.
We need to further form a working mechanism for grasping reform and promoting development.
We need to further create a working idea centered on enterprise operation.
