In accordance with the education requirements for studying and implementing the theme of Xi Jinping’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the company’s investigation and research work deployment, from June 6th to 7th, Wang Jun, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the China Academy of Building Research, led a team to investigate our Shandong branch. The peer leaders include Liu Hui, Li Yueping, and Wei Suo, external directors of China Construction Research Institute, Xu Zhen, member of the party committee and chief accountant, and Yin Bo, member of the party committee and deputy general manager.

From June 6th to 7th, Wang Jun and his entourage inspected the factory buildings and production workshops of the base, and learned about equipment processing, safety production and other work on the spot. At the same time, he listened to reports on the work of BICM’s “Double Hundred Actions”, enterprise listing, technological innovation, production and operation, cadres and party building.

Wang Jun put forward five requirements for the next step of work of BICM.
One is to grasp the market. It is necessary to focus on production closely around the market and efficiency, highlight differentiated product supply, and continuously improve the matching degree between production capacity and market demand.
The second is to focus on quality and efficiency. It is necessary to adhere to systematic thinking and bottom-line thinking, highlight quality standards, make overall plans for safety, quality, efficiency, and efficiency, and continuously improve operation and management capabilities.
The third is to grasp the listing. It is necessary to reverse the construction period, organize special classes to prepare for the listing work, strengthen brand promotion, tell the story of reform and development, and achieve the listing goal on schedule.
The fourth is to grasp the team. In accordance with the requirements of listed companies, we must strengthen the construction of talent teams, especially increase the training and attraction of operation and management talent teams, and improve the comprehensive capabilities of talents.
The fifth is to grasp party building. It is necessary to uphold the unshakable leadership of the party over state-owned enterprises, continuously strengthen the party’s leadership and party building in deepening reforms, and provide a strong political guarantee for high-quality development.
