On July 25, 2021, the Construction Hoisting Machinery Branch of China Construction Machinery Industry Association organized a group discussion meeting on the group standard “Rack and Pinion Elevator for Industrial Equipment and Facilities” (Draft for Review) in Langfang.

The representative of the editor-in-chief  CABR Construction Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., based on the opinions provided by the participating units, compiled a summary processing table for the group standard solicitation of opinions. Participants discussed the solicitation of opinions in accordance with the group standard summary processing form, and finally formed the final version of the summary processing form for soliciting opinions, waiting to be submitted to the review committee for review by experts.

On July 26, 2021, the Construction Hoisting Machinery Branch of China Construction Machinery Industry Association organized an expert review meeting for the group standard “Rack and Pinion Lifts for Industrial Equipment and Facilities” (draft for review) in Langfang.

Experts at the meeting believed that the formulation of this standard is conducive to the technical development and application of rack and pinion elevators for industrial equipment and facilities, and fills the gap in similar domestic standards.The standard is compiled against EN 81-43 and GB/T 26557. The main technical indicators of the standard have reached the international advanced level. It is unanimously agreed that the standard (draft for review) has passed the review, and it is recommended that the preparation unit submits for approval as soon as possible after the amendments proposed by the experts are improved.
