On August 25, the 1st member representative meeting of the 7th Construction Mechanization Branch of China Construction Machinery Association was held in Taiyuan, Shanxi. The meeting was hosted by the Construction Mechanization Branch of China Construction Machinery Association, supported by BICM, Shanxi Provincial Transformation and Comprehensive Reform Demonstration Zone Management Committee, and Shanxi Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd.
Wu Peiguo, Secretary-General of China Construction Machinery Association, Yan Jianguo, Deputy Secretary-General, and representatives of member companies of the Construction Mechanization Branch attended the meeting.
Wu Xuesong made a work report on behalf of the sixth council, comprehensively summarized the main work of the construction mechanization branch during the sixth council, and put forward work suggestions for the new council.
Yan Jianguo, deputy secretary-general of China Construction Machinery Association, fully affirmed the work of the Construction Mechanization Branch in the past five years on behalf of the higher-level associations, and read out the opinions of the China Construction Machinery Association on the approval of the general election. According to the re-election process, the conference finally elected the seventh council of the Construction Mechanization Branch after on-site voting.
Among them, Wang Donghong, deputy general manager of BICM, was elected as the chairman, Zhang Leiqing, president of the “Construction Mechanization” magazine of the Institute of Building Mechanization of CABR, was elected as the secretary-general, and CABR/I company and NETEC company were elected directors unit.
Wang Donghong, President of the Seventh Council of the Construction Mechanization Branch, said that the branch will more actively grasp the opportunities of technological innovation in the future. Boldly practice in the direction of green energy saving of construction machinery, integration and innovation with smart construction, service extension of aftermarket and international market expansion, etc., to promote the high-quality development of my country’s construction mechanization industry.
