In July, Beijing CABR Building Maintenance Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. completed the installation and commissioning of the Russian project “Large angle inclined climbing BMU” and passed the acceptance inspection.
This project is a major overseas engineering project undertaken by Beijing CABR. The project requires two sets of track BMU with inclined climbing angles of 45° and 30° respectively. Because of the largest inclined climbing angle and higher technical difficulty , involving a wider range of professional and technical fields, and requiring higher precision in manufacturing and installation, it had brought unprecedented challenges to the project team.
During the design stage, the project team carried forward the spirit of overcoming difficulties and worked overtime for more than 30 consecutive days. Finally, a series of technical problems such as reasonable arrangement of BMU in limited building space, walking of the whole machine on inclined tracks, anti-falling, anti-overturning, anti-collision, and hidden shutdown were solved.
In the production stage, the processing cycle is short and the task is heavy. In order to deliver a satisfactory answer to the customer, the production front-line employees are working day and night to meet the deadline, not afraid of hardship or tiredness, and contribute the most solid grassroots strength of CABR BMU to ensure delivery.
During the assembly and commissioning stage, due to the particularity of the equipment, a detailed commissioning plan and emergency plan should be formulated before the commissioning work, and tested one by one to find problems in time and make adjustments and improvements. As the delivery time approaches, assembly and commissioning personnel rush to work at night, and it is normal for them to leave work at 10 o’clock in the evening . But no one is complaining about suffering or tiredness, because everyone has a common belief and goal in mind – to be a first-class CABR brand!
This project is another new breakthrough made by CABR in the new development plan along the “Belt and Road” after the “Africa’s Highest Tall” project in the central business district of the new capital of Egypt.
It greatly enhanced the brand influence of CABR BMU!
