Our BMU has recently won a number of key projects.

1.A 330-meter super high-rise project in Block A1 of CITIC Pacific Central Business District

A total of 3 super-large BMU are arranged on the roofs of CITIC Pacific T1 and T2 towers, with an operating height of 330 meters.
The BMU adopts a 5-section telescopic arm type, and the maximum working arm length reaches 40 meters.
In order to ensure the architectural effect, the column of the BMU adopts a hydraulic lifting structure. The height of the working column reaches 18 meters, and the height of the stoppage is 13 meters. The equipment can be safely hidden under the shutdown condition.
CITIC Pacific BMU is the largest equipment with the most difficult comprehensive design and manufacture since our company was founded.

2.Sany South China Headquarters Building, Shugen Internet Building Project

The unique external frame structure system of the project building maximizes the overall structural rigidity.
The frame is connected by tough steel plates, and the rigid and flexible rigorous design creates an ideal structural system that can cope with extreme wind and seismic activity.

3.China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Knowledge Tower Project

In view of the particularity of the shape, combined with the building structure and the shape of the curtain wall, a window cleaning machine system for external wall maintenance consisting of 3 inclined climbing BMU and 1 BMU with telescopic column was designed.

The inclined climbing angle of the tower crown roof BMU can reach up to 33 degrees. Due to the large climbing angle, the traveling system must have multi-level braking, including active braking, backup braking and low-speed creep detection braking.

Due to the complex roof structure, the track and steel structure of BMU need to be designed in one system. All support parts on the construction site need to be installed with three-dimensional measurement to ensure the installation accuracy. Especially the inclined climbing track and the transition track of the plane curved track must ensure the accuracy.While driving,the installation accuracy of the rack in the vertical direction shall be within ±5mm.

4.Jianghehui (Huidong Block) project in Hangzhou City

We won the bid for the design, supply and installation of a total of 13 sets of BMU for plots P6, P9, P12 and P29, creating the largest number of equipment for a single project in recent years.
The project has high requirements on the appearance of the building, and the number of equipment is various and diverse, covering all types of existing BMU. At the same time, a number of innovative designs have been made for the hidden storage of equipment.
