In order to enhance the cohesion and sense of belonging of employees and further create a positive corporate culture atmosphere, on August 13, the trade union of BICM held the 2023 badminton singles competition.

The competition was divided into men’s singles and women’s singles, which received positive responses from the majority of employees. More than 30 badminton enthusiasts from various departments of the company signed up for the competition. With the official start of the game, the participating players stepped onto the field in high spirits, with smooth movements, sometimes defending and sometimes smashing. The white shuttlecock flew up and down, drawing a graceful arc in the air. The competition was full of climaxes, and the tight score, fierce atmosphere, and wonderful competition scenes attracted cheers from the audience. The spirit of hard work filled the entire battlefield, fully demonstrating the vigorous spirit of the employees who are not afraid of challenges.

After three hours of fierce fighting, Li Gang, Pan Chunjie and Xu Fengliang won the top three men’s singles. Cao Ningning, Gao Juan and Fan Junhua won the top three women’s singles.

Through this competition, the cultural life of the company’s employees has been further enriched, communication channels have been broadened, and the cooperation and friendship of mutual trust and mutual assistance among employees have been effectively enhanced.
