In order to effectively avoid business risks and continuously improve the awareness of contract risk prevention, we recently held a series of special trainings on contract risk prevention and control.
This training invites senior lawyers for all relevant employees.

On February 4th, Zhonglun W&D Law Firm, our perennial legal advisor, focused on contract management, combined with actual cases, to explain basic legal knowledge such as contract negotiation, contract signing, contract performance, and liability for breach of contract.
Aiming at the risk prevention of commercial bills, systematically and comprehensively sort out and explain the whole process from receipt, endorsement, presentation of payment, recourse, litigation, etc.

On February 8, we specially invited Lantai Law Firm to give reminders on the key points of legal risk identification and prevention in key links such as contract drafting, signing, modification, rescission, and termination, focusing on remedies for breach of contract. Including the collection and fixation of evidence, the collection of accounts receivable, and put forward corresponding practical plans and strategies from a practical point of view.

At the meeting, the Enterprise Development Department pointed out the deficiencies in daily business transactions and contract management, and publicized and implemented key issues such as legal affairs management methods, commercial paper management methods, seal and certificate management methods.

Participants interacted with lawyers based on the actual confusion encountered in their work.
This series of special trainings enabled the trainees to further realize the necessity and importance of the basic legal knowledge of the contract, and to lay a solid legal foundation for the company’s high-quality development.
