Recently, our BMU for China Overseas Headquarters Building has completed the acceptance inspection.

China Overseas Headquarters Building is located in the Houhai Corporate Headquarters Area of Shenzhen, one of the areas with the densest concentration of corporate headquarters in China.
China Overseas Headquarters Building focuses on the demand side and energy consumption side of the building, and implements it from the two dimensions of demand side energy saving and energy consumption side carbon reduction. The comprehensive energy saving rate reaches 61%, and the renewable energy utilization rate reaches 12.3%, meeting the requirements of a near-zero energy consumption building.
During the operation phase, green power and carbon trading can be used to neutralize carbon emissions in the remaining phases to achieve the goal of zero-carbon buildings.

The boom adopts multi-stage synchronous telescopic method, with a maximum working range of 40 meters.
Equipped with an all-aluminum lightweight extension basket to solve the maintenance problem of the concave facade of the curtain wall.
