On January 11, Langfang CABR held its 2023 year-end summary and commendation meeting.
More than 60 people including Gong Jianfei, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman and General Manager of BICM, Yang Rubing, Chief Accountant, Cui Taigang, Deputy General Manager, Wang Zhenfeng, General Manager of Langfang CABR, Tian Guocheng, Xiao Fei, Zhao Hongxue, Lu Hongwei and employee representatives attended the meeting.
Wang Zhenfeng delivered the 2023 annual work report titled “Deepening Reform, Concentrating Concentration, Improving Quality and Efficiency to Create Successful Results”.
The report reviews the main work in 2023 from the aspects of “business conditions, technological innovation, scientific research, quality and safety, and comprehensive development”, analyzes the current problems, and plans the core task indicators and key tasks for 2024 around the overall business goals.
The 2023 Commendation Notice of Langfang CABR was announced at the meeting, and the leaders present presented awards to advanced workers.
Cui Taigang affirmed Langfang CABR’s work in 2023 from the perspective of domestic and foreign market operations, and also made suggestions for Langfang CABR’s high-quality development in 2024 and in the future.
Yang Rubing pointed out that in 2023, Langfang CABR worked together to overcome difficulties and successfully completed the annual mission objectives.
He hopes that Langfang CABR will continue to be down-to-earth, work hard, and achieve better results in 2024.
Gong Jianfei made a concluding speech, fully affirming Langfang CABR’s achievements in 2023, and put forward six requirements for Langfang CABR’s work in 2024.
First, in terms of market expansion, we hope that Langfang CABR will expand and strengthen the market.
The second is to strengthen internal operation and management and continue to reduce costs and improve quality and efficiency.
The third is technological innovation to improve design capabilities.
Fourth, in terms of improving service quality, we will work hard on product quality and after-sales service quality to provide customers with better value-added services.
Fifth, in terms of base integration, strengthen integration with the Dezhou base and make full use of the Dezhou base to achieve rapid transformation of new products.
The sixth is to strengthen the leadership of party building, do a good job in grassroots party building work, pay close attention to various key tasks, strengthen confidence in development, gather strength to fight, and create a new development situation for the company!
