In order to promote integration and exchanges among new employees, our head office, CABR, organized an experiential training for the new employee team with the theme of “Seventy Years of Endeavor and Restart on a Centennial Journey”.
More than 200 new employees and graduate students gathered at CABR full of passion and hope to start a new chapter in their lives.
The new employees solemnly wrote their exclusive signatures in the carefully arranged punch-in photo area and signature wall.
The pasted name tags are filled with the new employees and graduate students’ blessings for the 70th anniversary of the founding of CABR, as well as their wishes for their future.
Everyone selected the cards that best reflected their inner feelings and took photos in front of the sign-in creative wall.
Team training officially began. Through warm-up games, new employees and graduate students established team awareness and created a good team atmosphere.
In the first experience of the team project, each team painted the team flag, determined the slogan, and designed the team logo, with the same goal and tacit cooperation.
In the Gathering of Sand to Build a Tower activity, each team performed its duties, worked together, and jointly built a vision. They used spaghetti and marshmallows to build a tower together.
In the fun sports meeting, each team shouted loud and clear commands and fought side by side. Each team enhanced team cohesion and the spirit of win-win cooperation through intense and interesting competitions.
