The Guizhou Zhijin Power Plant’s “promoting a big pressure small” off-site reconstruction project (2×660 MW) is the first “coal and electricity joint venture” project in Guizhou Province.
The total planned investment of this project is 5.212 billion yuan. It will be designed according to ultra-low emissions, adopt the world’s first 660 MW ultra-supercritical “W” flame boiler, and introduce new technologies and new processes.Efforts will be made to build an efficient, clean and smart power plant that is “leading in Southwest China and first-class in Guizhou”.

The construction of the cooling tower of this project uses key lifting and transportation equipment for cooling tower construction developed and produced by CABR/M.
The equipment has now been installed.
The key lifting and transportation equipment for large cooling tower construction consists of two parts.
The first is the construction elevator, which solves the problem of vertical transportation of construction personnel, construction materials, materials, etc. during the construction of the cooling tower.
The second is the hydraulic jacking bridge, which solves the problem of horizontal transportation of construction personnel and construction materials during the construction of the cooling tower. It can also solve the problem of vertical and horizontal transportation of over-long building components.
This set of equipment effectively solves the shortcomings of the original construction equipment such as poor safety performance, low work efficiency, cumbersome installation and disassembly, and limited scope of application.
It has improved the mechanized equipment level of the electric power construction team, shortened the construction period of electric power construction projects, and promoted industry progress.
