Product Overview

Concrete distributing vehicles is a newly developed precast concrete production machine integrating concrete transportation and distributing pouring in accordance with the development characteristics of the industry. Its outstanding technical advantages are simple production process, high reliability, economical and practical, and flexible operation.

Therefore, it can replace other inefficient and complex concrete pouring methods, such as the simplest manually operated buckets, lifted by overhead crane or by forklift, the most integrated and automated systems made by flying buckets and concrete casting machines.

The upper distributing device of the concrete distributing vehicle can be pitched and raised, 360°full rotation, and the largest model can cover a working area with a radius of about 7.8 meters for efficient distributing. The machine has a wide range of applications and can be flexibly applied to various types of prefabricated component factories or various pouring operations on construction sites.

The machine is divided into three models: BLC2000, BLC4000 and BLC6000. The volume of concrete transported is 2m3, 4m3 and 6m3 respectively.

Discharge of concrete by means of a screw conveyor housed in a distributing arm protected with a hinged upper cover and an internal antiabrasion plates.

4)Transport of concrete without any aggregate segregation phenomena. Possibility of installation of a concrete mixer and/or a vibrating system inside the hopper.

5)Ergonomically designed man-machine driving and driving control system, stable control and precise operation;

6)Diesel engine provides power, There are different models of engines, able to meet all the emission requirements of the different countries where it will operate.
