To further advance the development of the industrial workforce and comprehensively enhance employees' professional welding skills and practical innovation capabilities, the Industrial Worker Skill Development Promotion Center of the CABR (China Academy of Building Research) Labor Union—in collaboration with the BICM Labor Union—organized a specialized vocational skills training session for welders at the Shandong Branch on August 19. More than 20 employees from the Shandong Branch, including staff from quality control and welding departments, participated in the training.
With the goal of "enhancing welding skills and solidifying the foundation of quality," this training focuses on simultaneously improving employees' product quality awareness and welding technical proficiency. By optimizing production processes and strengthening quality control, the initiative aims to further boost the market influence of Langfang CABR's products and help the Shandong branch achieve a significant leap in product quality.

To ensure the training was targeted and effective, the instructor arrived at the plant a day early to gain a deep understanding of the current status of finished products at the Shandong branch, identify existing issues, and gather feedback from the trainees. Based on these insights, a comprehensive training program was meticulously designed—encompassing theoretical instruction on welding, in-depth analysis of real-world product issues, and hands-on skills practice—delivering a rich, high-value learning experience for the participants.

Centered on the goal of "addressing weaknesses and honing skills," this training combined targeted instruction with practical drills, successfully achieving the intended outcomes. Participants demonstrated a serious and engaged attitude, while instructors delivered professional, practical training that effectively resolved issues such as a lack of proficiency in complex welding techniques. Due to time constraints, however, certain advanced welding techniques require further consolidation. Moving forward, the company will establish a long-term mechanism integrating training with practical application, optimize the curriculum, institutionalize the training process, and continuously elevate the welding team's technical capabilities, thereby building a pipeline of skilled technical talent to support the company's growth.
