Holding the title of researcher, he has dedicated 39 years to frontline scientific research, focusing intently on the field of steel reinforcement machinery. With a rigorous and pragmatic research attitude and a craftsman's spirit of striving for excellence, he has overcome numerous key technical challenges in the industry. He has deeply participated in and witnessed the company's entire development from its inception to its current scale, making significant contributions to the company's technological innovation and industrial upgrading through his wisdom and perseverance.

At the ceremony, company leaders, department heads, and colleague representatives gathered to reminisce about the unforgettable years of working together, share their deep friendship, and offer sincere blessings. Amidst enthusiastic applause, Zhang Dongbin delivered his retirement speech, his words filled with a sincere love for the steel reinforcement machinery industry, a deep attachment to the company, and a reluctance to part with his colleagues with whom he had spent so much time.
