On September 16, 2026, the Pinglu Canal, a national key mega‑project, was officially open to navigation. The complete set of concrete belt conveyor pouring equipment independently developed by Langfang CABR participated in the project construction. Multiple sets of equipment have been operating stably for more than three years at the Madao, Qishi and Qingnian major hubs, safeguarding the scheduled navigation of the project and demonstrating the R&D strength and intelligent manufacturing capability of Langfang CABR.

The total concrete pouring volume of the Pinglu Canal reaches 5.84 million cubic meters, featuring huge construction workload, tight construction schedule and complex working conditions. Drawing on its rich R&D experience, the Langfang CABR team overcame technical challenges for large‑volume continuous and high‑efficiency construction. It customized integrated conveying and pouring solutions for each hub, deploying a total of 24 sets of complete pouring equipment, which have completed over 4 million cubic meters of concrete pouring in aggregate. The equipment also helped the Madao Hub set a world record with a daily production and pouring volume of pre‑cooled concrete exceeding 16,409 cubic meters.

Langfang CABR keeps upgrading pouring equipment technologies to adapt to complex water conservancy operating conditions. Its high‑speed belt structure prevents pipe blockage and concrete segregation and improves construction quality. The modular design enables easy disassembly, assembly and site transfer to suit phased construction. Multiple core technologies have realized domestic substitution, delivering high reliability and stable long‑term full‑load operation.

Langfang CABR assigned a dedicated on‑site technical team to provide end‑to‑end technical services, troubleshooting hidden risks and resolving problems in a timely manner to ensure continuous pouring operations. Its products and services have won high recognition from all project stakeholders.

The support rendered for the opening of the Pinglu Canal serves as solid proof of Langfang CABR’s comprehensive strength.
